XGL-MCSH-3400:
Complete Multi-Channel analyzer with shaping amplifier for 4 independent acquisition-channels (i.e. 4 independent SDDs), optimized for "XRF elemental mapping" applications.
XGL-MCSH-3400: performances:
- 4 independent acquisition-channels (up to a maximum of 48 by paralleling 12 units).
- 4 independent semigaussian shapers with base line restorer (BLR) and pile up rejector (PUR).
- Two shaping time presets:
1μs for high resolution spectroscopy, 250ns for high rate spectroscopy
- Allows best spectroscopic performances.
- Maximum measured throughput per acquisition-channel:
3 Mcps @ 50ns shaping time
0.9 Mcps @ 150ns shaping time
- USB 2.0 interface
- User Interface and control software on Windows OS.
The software is optimized for automatic elemental mapping applications:
easy interface with motors, automatic ROI setting.
- Libraries available for easy interface with all instruments.
- FPGA - XILINX XC2V1000: 1 million system gates, 8 DCM (Digital Clock Manager), 48MHz.
